Isn't it delicious and fun? I love canning and am looking forward to making applesauce in the next couple weeks. I also have blackberries from Oregon that need to be made into jam soon.
The peach jam is by far my favorite ... LOVE IT!! A little too much, I've gone through a jar already just by myself!!
